The Cranedale Centre lies in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds in North Yorkshire, close to the pleasant market town of Malton. It is situated in Kirby Grindalythe a small, quiet village enjoying the benefits of an idyllic rural setting.

The region is home to some fine landscapes and habitats, including the North York Moors National Park, the Flamborough Head Heritage Coast and the Vales of Pickering and York. The climate on this eastern side of England is relatively dry and sunny, enabling us to operate a long fieldwork season running from early February through to early December.

Transport links to the Centre are good, with easy connections to the motorway systems of eastern and northern England. Malton has a railway station and we arrange free collection from the station.
